Raw Cashew Sizing and Grading System
RCN needs to be sized to standardized sizes to suit shelling machines. The RCN sizing can be done before or after steam cooking for Shelling.
The RCN sizing is done in rotating perforated drums into four standard sizes
- 1. A – 24mm to 26mm
- 2. B – 22mm to 24mm
- 3. C – 20mm to 22mm
- 4. D – 18mm to 20 mm
Standard Capacity – 800 to 1200 kgs/hr
