During Cashew processing, broken pieces of kernels are generated at every process stage. The largest broken piece is called SPLIT, i.e., Half of the whole kernel, which is used as it is in culinary.
The leftover smaller pieces are diced to uniform sizes using a dicing machine into different sizes of 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm to use in bakery products.
